RIGI KALTBAD SWISS QUALITY HOTEL, Rigi Kaltbad

The Swiss Quality Hotel offers 52 rooms with modern decor and views of the Alpine landscape. Rooms include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a bathroom. The mineral baths are exclusively reserved for hotel guests, particularly between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The mineral bath has a water temperature of 35° degrees, making it perfect for babies. The spa area with steam bath and sauna is only open to guests aged 16 and over. Swimming pool facilities are available on check-in and check-out days at no cost.

Located in the car-free village of Rigi Kaltbad, the hotel sits on Mount Rigi, offering views of Lake Lucerne and the Alps. Weggis Harbor and Kuessnacht am Rigi Cable Car are nearby. Rigi Kaltbad can be reached by rack railway from Vitznau or Arth Goldau, or via cable car from Weggis. The Rigi is car-free, so arrival is either by cable car from Weggis or by cogwheel train from Vitznau or Arth Goldau. Parking spaces are available at all valley stations for CHF 12.00 per day.

The hotel offers concierge service, and features a coffee shop/cafe. There is a playroom for children on the 3rd floor. For families, a baby crib, baby bath, night light, changing mat, and diaper pail are available. Dog owners are provided with a water bowl and a dog blanket. The village store, located in the hotel, sells essentials, regional products, souvenirs and gifts, and also houses a post office. Luggage storage is available on arrival and departure days.
